Our books are printed-on-demand and distributed by Ingrams in the USA and by Gardners and Bertrams in the UK. You may well see print-on-demand titles being listed in the distributors’ ordering systems as having zero copies in stock; this doesn’t mean the titles are out-of-print, rather it means that they’re not physically stocked — copies are produced as needed, in response to orders coming in.
